For a short stay it is okay but it needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning

The location, the pool with beautiful sea view, the view from the apartment B6-12, easy to communicate with the host, since I came on weekdays and its not in public holidat the building is less people so less noisy, less waiting time to use the lift (only 1 lift operate during my stay). Referring to unit B6-12 the apartment with 1 bedroom. The bedroom is nice and cleanliness (8/10), aircond is working and bed is clean. 3 clean towel. Hot water and water pressure in the bathroom is very good. But its still nice place to stay with a group if you dont mind aged furniture and bathroom. I am nit fussy but i really love the view and the beach of this property. I still sleep very well and enjoy my stay. My comment more on suggestion for the host to improve in the future.

Referring to unit B6-12 the apartment with 1 bedroom. The kitchen table is not so clean i can see some dry rice and dry chili seed on the table showing is not clean properly. The cleanliness for the living room also like 6/10 because can found some hair and dirt from food on the floor. Suggest housekeeping please invest to use vacuum to clean the room. The furniture is very old and since its from wood some have mold with unpleasent smell eapecially at kitchen area. Lucky i am not cooking. Bathroom is cleanliness like 7/10 very old and need deep cleaning. Can change the toilet seat also too old and moldy. The room basically is ok but can improve on housekeeping and please upgrade some furniture and bathroom especially. Its very lovely place and i would like to come again if host can improve on this. Since my mum using wheelchair there is 4 step to enter the room and bit troublesome for old people. Maybe handrail can be add value but its just suggestion.

It very good to add air conditioner unit at hall since bed provided at hall area.. if possible to provide wifi as value added

Everything was okay
