Frida Paradise Beach Hotel - Punta Zicatela

the location is good.

We didn’t like anything about this place but the location. First of all there was noise the whole night at the premises, we called reception three times but they didn’t interrupt the party after the third call they stopped picking up the phone. At 6 am the party was still going by the pool even though the rule is no music or loud after 11pm!!!! Needless to say my partner couldn’t sleep the whole night, for me it was better and could sleep for about three hours. We got a different room from what stated here, the whole place isn’t clean it’s dirty and cheap, even the toilet paper is cheap, the matress isn’t comfy, the floor is filthy it’s made of foam so the dirt is sucked in. One window faces the aisle and the back window faces a parcel with a family hut and a big family looking right through, so no chance of open windows. We stayed at hostels and hotels around and definitely this one is a bad deal for the buck. Don’t recommend at all.

nice team, hotel is really in the middle of everything.

it’s so super noisy. when you have a bed on ground floor you hear guests walking in the room above you. they stream all kind of sports event from 08AM in the morning.

we got a room with only one bed although we ordered one with two beds

There wasn't water in the toilet, you flash them and nothing happens. No water in the sink when we woke up. The room stinks. Shower terrible

Loud and annoying music in the noon nap and noise by the guests outside during the night. the walls feel like papers.
