Quite spacious

Some buttons of the evalator not function. Can see spider web on the ceiling and the balcony not clean.

Room fully smell. May be their previous customer trash like face stickers all unclean and stick into wall. The room too smelly. Customer service handle by some children. No facilities to OKU like lift. Have to use stairs. No parking facilities. Overall not suitable for family. If u have pets then can consider. Need improvement

Convenient and easy. Near to Taiping Lake and easy to get a food from surrounding areas. Cleanness and comfortable to stay.

1.Spacious living room with 3 bathroom + washing machine. 2.Great healing view (greeny mountain view with a lil bit of city view. 3.Host courtesy at the end of our stay.

1. Self-collect key need to drive abt 2mins from homestay 2. Inconvenient parking entrance/alley (Car need to reverse back and forth for every corner of passage) . Totally cramped space. 3. Not user-friendly parking space. Need to ask guard to lead us & other guest to find each of our allocated parking lot. 4. Unfriendly security guard. Security guard unfairly treated certain guest and very rude too. Why we claimed like this: Security day issue! →Can't communicate well →Pool need to wear swimsuit, even though some of my family wear actual swim suit, he claimed that hijab is not a swim suit. One of my family cried due to this stupid rules & rudeness! →Said that in rainy day, swimming pool is closed and claimed that at that time it was raining. But actually , it wasn't rainy at that time at all, only the road was wet bcz previous 2 hours was rained. Lazy and rude to went outside & actually checked! →Some guest not wearing swimsuit can actually entered ! 5.Check-in guide wasn't well-instructed. 6. Pool is locked with irrelevant instructions & need to register to even unlocked the pool. 7. All bedrooms weren't cleaned enough. Dust-mite got us all itchy body. Same as kitchen equipment. 8.Entrance-way was slippery due to aircond water drop. Slippers & shoes drenched.
