Budget 2-Bedroom@Cocobay Resort Condominium

This condo is not worth the price. It accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children only; any additional person will be charged RM10 per head. The high price does not match the facilities provided. It is very far from the beach, and to get there, you need to go down a steep hill. The path to the beach is not suitable for the elderly. The room is dirty with cockroaches, the dining chairs are torn, the sofa is damaged, and the kitchen cabinet door is broken. It is not worth the money paid, and I felt embarrassed to bring my family for a vacation here. The condition is terrible.

Customer service. Very nice.inside the House is clean. Parking space a lot. Swimming pool is clean. Aircond very cool.

Please change the cushion cover. Water pressure at toilet no 1 is slow. If can provide a towel. Plug at top of oven is damage.if can provide some 3in 1 tea or coffee for welcome drink.

The overall building was kinda old

Nice beaches nearby (5mins walk) but hv to call security to open gate when returning to property from beach. At one time we waited for about 20mins

Need to pay for RM200 deposit (refundable) before check in to this BUDGET property with incomplete n old facilities eventhough we booked & fully paid thru booking.com..And of course no towel n shower soap provided.
