There are too many to complain. From booking.com, the owner doesn’t being transparent about the apartment facilities i.e swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are not allowed for homestay / temporary residence. A day before our arrival, we were sent a pdf of how to get the key from and where to go for the car park. However, the pdf sent wasn’t very clear enough and confusing. Pics used were old and they should have change to the updated signs and pics. Upon entering the apartment, the apartment’s floor was sandy. Toilets had unpleasant smell and one of the toilet’s door is broken. I had to make an early complain to the owner abt the toilet door and its cleanliness, and the owner is nice to send us a cleaning agent for the toilet. But even so, after a few times cleaning the toilet, the unpleasant smell is still present. The beds were okay, however the mattresses and also the bed cover need to be changed;seriously.. if the owner expect tenants to rate this property 5star and above review, they need to clean and check the apartment before any new renters entering it.

need a little maintenance to the bathroom, a bit congested with 2 beds in the sleeping room
