Everything was unclean and bedsheet too dirty have stains and house dusty

The apartment is quite nice for a short vacation/stay.

The sliding door need to be repair as it’s unable to be locked. The rest is ok.

Near to the beach

Our experience at this property was very disappointing, mainly due to the extremely poor condition of the unit. The moment we entered, the cleanliness issues were immediately obvious. The floor was sandy, and the corridor leading to the unit was dirty, with even a used earbud stick left on the corridor. This reflects a lack of basic housekeeping and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. The listing itself was misleading. It was advertised as a seaview unit, but the actual view was minimal and far from what the photos portrayed. The pictures online gave the impression of a clear seaview, but in reality, the unit was on the first floor with almost no visible view. This created unrealistic expectations from the start. On top of the cleanliness issues, the unit was poorly maintained. The sink tap was faulty, turning it on caused water to splash directly onto our faces. This is something that should have been identified and fixed before allowing guests to check in. Despite that, the deposit required was unusually high. Another issue was the WiFi, I also found it illogical to be charged extra for WiFi. The host is the one choosing to provide this facility, and it should be included as part of the stay. Even if we didn’t use it, charging separately made no sense, if the host wants to offer WiFi, it should be to make things easier for guests, not to add unnecessary fees. Charging RM40 for a 3-year-old would be understandable for a premium property, but for a unit in such poor condition, it felt completely unreasonable. It made little sense for the host to charge an additional fee for WiFi. Since the host is the one providing it, guests should not be penalized for choosing not to use it, let alone be charged separately from the deposit Although the owner did finally say “sorry” at the end, the overall attitude and condition of the property made the apology feel insufficient.
