Air cooler beside the bed not cooling the bed area

so comfortable, secured , beautiful view , everything just near you . love it

I checked in to ease my mind and relax. When i first arrived there, first thing that i do is, turn on the TV. But u fortunately, the remote is not functional. I texted the host, unfortunately, there is no reply! They only reply 3 hours before i checked out saying that they will look into it and replace the remote. Walaweii. Nonsense.I cannot watch tv during my check out and that pissed me off.the bathroom is clogged as well. The host should’ve check and maintaines the facilities well. I paid for it not to face this kind of things.

Dirty toilet and shower. Very small bed for small single person . No futon bed only a comforter. Sleeping on the floor. No extra blankets No toilet papers No clear proper instructions on how to on the air condition Slow reply from property. Misleading facilities
