The location was great and very walkable. It is near the quieter side of 5th (which we liked) so if you're looking for intense tourism, it will take a little to walk to. The space was spacious and the complex wasn't very busy so we basically had the pool to ourselves. They provided water for us to drink as well.

- We had to reach out about the check-in day-of (which is my bad, I should have contacted them earlier) because we didn't get any message about check-in like we were supposed to. - The deposit is either $500 USD cash or $550 Paypal. The deposit, if you pay via Paypal, isn't returned until 15 business days (3 weeks) post checkout which we didn't find out until after we booked. - The toilet paper is scented which can be not great if you are a woman

It was wonderful having this much space and close to some really nice restaurants for dinner. Spent 3 days at The Reef Resort utilizing their Day Pass for the Beach, etc. A really great time. Luis was very attentive. They need to make the tv easier to utilize. The pool area was maintained immaculately. Very low-key and enjoyable!!!! We did lose water around 11:00 PM on our last night and it wasn’t back on by the time we had to leave for the airport, but things happen.

Great location close to beach and 5th ave and an awesome Italian restaurant across the street.

The pull out coach was very uncomfortable. They advertised to sleep six but the two beds in one room are only doubles and too small for 2 adults. We also had no water and electricity for a half a day due to construction. Also no water in the am of our final day. Only get 1 towel to shower per person and when asked for more were advised they aren't a hotel. We had to use one of our towels for the leaking air conditioner. They did replace it but took the other towel back ...Also, be careful if you get any marks or stains on the towels as they will charge you.

The location was the best part , very close to the beach . Loved it 🥰🥳

There wasn’t much garbage space in the kitchen and bathroom the bins were very small.
