Nothing at all because of the rudeness of the owner.

The owners are liars, they claim they are working for a company but they are the actual owners. They literally just opened our room doors and invaded our privacy because we were late for checkout which was like 12.30pm. Ladies were changing their clothes in the room and he kept on knocking the door without any respect. Chased everyone out of the house literally after that and was very very rude, shouting and raising his voice. Accidentally broke one chair which we were willing to pay but he charged us rm50 for a plastic chair. Hope someone takes in consideration before booking with this person, he also said that we can book and pay at property but after that kept on requesting us to pay the money via bank transfer which was very shady. Shame on you Mr S!
