Location is ok, not too far away from town

Facilities not up to the expectations, only 1 out of 3 rooms have air conditioner, no water heater, sub-standard kitchen and bathroom, somehow just expect to have a sleep during the stay only.

The price is reasonable. There were 3 room entire house.

The house is full with spider web. The toilet was blockage. The water very slow at the master bedroom. Located at 3rd floor make me exhausted..hehe

I like the fact the beds are very neat and the bathroom is quite clean, I clearly did not expect such features for a very low budget.

The location of our stays are quite far from any restaurant or groceries shop to grab our needs.

Fast and efficient response from the owner. Thank you. We texted the owner in advance to inform him that we are expecting delay due to the massive jam in the highway. He patiently guided us the way to his apartment.

No lift, the unit at level 3, it's challenging for people like me with knee injury to climb up the total darkness staircase. My mistake, I should have checked the location and accessibility of lift before booking. It would be a bonus point if the unit has a fridge or better still, install with WIFI. There are still room for improvement on the overall cleanliness.
