Everything was superb. Customer service super good! Cleanliness also the best. Owner provide so many sandal to use in the house. Very helpful since the floor was extremely cold in CH. Valuable for money, really recommended!

Just please check the exhaust fan direction in bathroom. Not sure wrong installation or what but when the exhaust fan was turned on, quiet windy in the bathroom. Other than that everything perfect!
