"Was ok I will never come back"

Location

They have rules that are not disclosed in Booking. I rented it to be able to see my son, my brothers and 2 of my friends after years of not having visited Mexico City. I could have stayed at my daughter but didn’t want to be a burden for her as there’s not enough space in her house for me and my other daughter and having my son and brother coming to visit was going to be too much for her. . One day before my arrival , I asked the guy that was texting me all instructions for my arrival (was not the same guy that deals with Booking) what was needed for my son or brother to enter the building as I needed some help bringing up some stuff, and SURPRISE! Visitors are not allowed he said. It works as in an hotel he said. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have stayed there. I was shattered. After discussing with him, he asked me for a detailed list of who was coming what days and time. As if I was in a jail. Just annoying! Traffic in the city was chaotic. How could I tell him the exact time? One day before my departure he texted me to tell him the exact time of me leaving as he needed to schedule the cleaning lady to come. Departure time in contract was 12:00 pm. Why was he making so much pressure? A
