I arrived at 9.30am after 11hrs on a bus to be told that I couldn't check in until 2pm. The check-in time was from 8am!! So I was forced to spend an extra 4.5 hrs outside the complex in the sun, not amused. I spoke with the owner to remedy this but he said it was not his problem. There were cockroaches in the bathroom There was no privacy due to half the window blind missing.
