Location was ok. Options for convinience store & foods

Ads in booking.com, room was not same as picture. Offer bigger room but no discount. Old bed and slimey. Spider web at ceiling, curtain, fan & lamp. Door for bed & toilet have hole but not change. Dont have good maintenance for the room. Wall at hall also crack but not do anything.
