Response time for a complaint was fast. But the complaint was serious. Main Door lock was broken. It was faulty and was promptly after the “repair”
Rooms not described fairly. Towels provided were sparse and musty. Furniture a bit worn, shaky. Legs on chairs, cushions on sofa deflated and frame rims could be felt when sitting on them. Premise was really sub par. Parking access untenable. Lift lobby had dysfunctional lights.

Comfortable, value for money, the effort shown by the staffs.
Facilities quite old and worn. Example: sauna room. Swimming pool quality and cleanliness should be upgraded. Elevator shown a little problem but have been solved by the management.

Apartment with a nice view.
Lack of cooking facilities. No stove or rice cooker for steaming food. Also lack of crokery and cutlery. Kitchen sponge was so dirty. Pls have it change!
