Facilities and strategic location

First delayed my check in time which suppose to be 1500 till 1540 only managed to check in, few electrical appliances inside unit spoilt, like light(I got to off whole living n dining hall light in order not letting it blinking), kettle electric cable damaged, slow response of the host, dining fan also spoilt, lighting inside master bedroom also spoilt

worst experience ever. 5 mins after checking in, the power tripped, then we couldn't park our car in the lot provided (and was unresolved), no pot provided for light cooking (check in guide mentioned light cooking allowed), aircon not cold enough, floor was borderline dusty, pillows and sofa were sunken, light switch was broken, toilets had a musky smell. to top it all off, when I went back after a long day out, I was greeted by 3 adults roaches, several baby roaches, and an adult lizard. checked out the moment I saw the roaches and informed owner than I was checking out. he/she seemed apologetic but didn't have the decency to offer a refund? hell I'll never stay here again. book at your own risk.
