The location is really good.

It took me almost 1 month to write this review because i need to think clearly and not in angry or bad or rushed. The deposit is different than what stated in booking.com. the deposit to be transferred is rm200. the toilet was wet when we came in and flooded everytime we took shower. The drinks in the fridge are chargeable but no information until we asked the host. No coway or cuckoo so we need to boil our own water and placed in the fridge to cool it. The ironing board is too small and need to sit on the floor to iron so quite dangerous. Overall quite a stressful stay because there are so many rules and with the deposit that they can deduct if they find any damage. The list of cost are placed at the main door. And remember that when booked during peak season, the high floor like this unit will make you wait more than 30 minutes for lift to get down. Just to get down. More than 30 minutes. Because there is only 3 lift.
