The place is nice near to econsave.

Im not the type who complaint but this i need to update here. Every house we need gate and door. But if we cant afford to fix gates we still have the door lock. Even we have the door lock, there is a possibility anyone can enter our room where inside the house there has no door latch for our safety and privacy purpose. Anyone can duplicate the house key and easily can enter where inside the house there is no lock . For me this is a serious problem coz we have our belongings as well. For me this is a serious issue. The latch or lock wont cost high. Pls do look this matter seriously. If im wrong I'm asking sorry in advance. Sorry with thanks.

Nice sea view, comfortable, near to sunway carnival mall and penang bridge. Good place to stay, money well spend.

I had a really pleasant stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything I needed was provided, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. 厨房有提供电炉可以用来煮快熟面，有冰箱可以雪藏冰淇淋与酒，这一点还算方便。 有洗衣机可以方便住客洗衣服。

这次的住宿体验整体来说不太理想。首先，房间与平台上展示的图片存在明显差异，我实际入住的是26层的单位，但室内设计和照片不一致，让人有点失望。 房间清洁度方面也有待提升，入住时发现有一些灰尘，毛巾的质量较差，不太吸水。由于我会住五个晚上，所以第一天不得不自己先做了一次简单的大扫除。客厅的吊扇是不能使用的。 另外，晚上偶尔会有“charlie”（飞虫）飞进房间，对居住体验造成一定影响。冷气方面制冷效果不够理想，在天气较热时会感觉不够凉快。 公共设施方面，游泳池的卫生状况较差，池内甚至有青苔，整体看起来缺乏维护，基本上不太适合使用，这一点比较影响整体体验 整体来说，这个住宿在清洁、设施和与图片一致性方面都有改进空间，希望房东可以加强管理，提高入住体验。

Bathroom smelly

The bathroom is very clean & tidy Thai first time I booked studio type. Before this I'm booked several times 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom , balcony .Super comfortable and excellent. This 5th time I chose the apartment.

📍Air-conditioning leaking & not really Cold 📍Stand Fan a bit broken need change. 📍Kitchen utensils need improvised ( I found plates was cracked, pot and frying pan was strained. 📍Bedroom bed sheets need to be improvised and change their new look .
