First time come in might confuse a bit, but after that all are fine, and it's good...
MYRumah best betul! Ada 2 bilik, 4 katil queen which is very convenient for us. Owner bagi clear instruction on how to check in, rumah ada mesin basuh, peti sejuk, balkoni, as advertise. Rumah bersih, tandas pun ok bersih, air strong pressure! Tq so much
Iron. Wire steam iron tu kena betulkan, sebab xkeluar pun wap dan xfunction. Kami tak reti nak guna tapi nasib baik, memang spare portable iron. Hopefully owner boleh fix semula iron tu or buy new one.

The lack of face to face interaction cause some sort of miscommunication, just by advertising that the agent/host is introvert does not let them off easily. The most surprising was the neighbours a lady who was very vicious and loud. Came to our door at 2 am, shouting and accusing us making loud noises. Infact it was the unit washing machine that was making all the racket. The situation make me feel.unsafe and unwelcome here. To future customer. Double check with host about the surrounding..the lack of face to face contact with the host somewhat hinders good service vibe.. yes netflix is provided but you have to use or pay with your own account. The unit only comes with a tvbox installed with netflix and such. Youtube is there but couldnt get connected. So if you're thinking of having a relaxation after a day of outing and enjoying a movie, better think twice. Other than cleanliness and full kitchen amenities, the rest of the place is mediocre. Wifi is good, though.
MYthe facilities aren't much, not worth my money, the house is not too clean, not as good as the picture provided :(. not comfy at all. the aircond works just in one room but not in the other room and main guest space. Disappointing. the furniture looks odd and broken. but thanks :)
MYOverall, this unit is should get below 5 but I give 6 as the location is good for my trip purposes
Need to clean the sofa. It is very smelly. The curtain is not functioning and torn and also dusty. Facilities are not completed even with simple table and not mirror. Chair is rocking and almost broken. Please clean the toilet floor, it is slippery.
