SGThe check-in guide was easy to understand and a breeze. Just make sure you park your car at the lobby drop off area first to register with the security guard. The apartment was nice and clean. I love that it is located high on the 30th floor and the view was beautiful forest greeneries! The bed was comfortable and the netflix account works. Enough cups and eating utensils. Didnt get the chance to use the washing machine. The condo pool was great and the main highlight of our stay! Wouldnt mind to stay here again for our next staycation.
The pillows are so thin. Please consider replacing it. There weren't any shampoo or toothpaste in the bathroom. And no tissue box as well

The unit was not cleaned. I was charged rm40 for cleaning services and the unit was dirty and dusty. The pillows were not even arranged neatly. The sink got stuck. I had not much time to complain as I was rushing out as soon as i checked in and was attending an event at emergency. Just tried to adapt to the situation but I requested for the rm40 refund. Owner has declined my request and said will give me 10% discount on next stay. I don’t think i will want to stay here next time. So Please refund the rm40 cleaning charges. Be responsible for your negligence.
