The property is located at a very convenient area with easy access to food court, local street food and Gurney drive.

The house is poorly upkeep. Main gate cannot be lock and we are afraid that we might lost our shoes. Interior of the house is old and rundown with shower broken in the master bedroom and water clogging the common toilet. Water dripping from the pipe in the kitchen. The master bedroom have ants at its room skirting. All the fan in the room is not adjustable thus making it not convenient for the users.
