1. Good location near amenities (24 hr groceries) 2 Nice and comfortable house (complete houseware and toiletries) with swimming pool 3. Safe environment (Access card in every entry/exit points with 24 hr Security Guard on duty. 4. Agent/Owner is very helpful and accomodating
