the place is neat and clean. all amenities are provided as per description. everything are working (wifi, water filter, etc) even near to ktm, its not as noisy as i expected it to be which is great. the security of the house is secured and check in/out procedure are smooth.

the only thing that is lacking is the shared bathroom which is small, compact, and uncomfortable when showers. the sink is also wobbling which is quite dangerous, should fix this before having the guest into the house.

The place is clean, comfortable and the facilities is good. Just bathroom bit small and the location is a bit far from convenience store, but overall is good and might consider to come again.
