Location; central area. easy to go to restaurants, Pasar Payang etc just around 3-5km. Unit at level 18, i think A/C is not required to open if the weather is not so hot. TV got Netflix channel.

The toilet required some improvement but it is ok. TV somehow doesn't have a local channel. Car park only 1 unit. The A/C is too noisy.
