distant view to a green hill

bathrooms creepy and dirty (see picture), sticky floor in the kitchen. very very uncomfortable, apartment in 1st floor has no sofa (it is a bench!!!!) beds very uncomfortable (metal springs on your back). 2 of the 3 rooms are facing an internal court full of trash and which has the light on all night , as the curtain is so light the bedrooms are super bright all night and kids could not sleep!!! one room is the size of a closet bathrooms creepy pool and gym closed for 2 days out of the 4 days stay and management did not offer to provide access to a nearby hotel nor a discount on the price paid for those facilities, basically answered to go and do water sports at our expenses… have they ever worked in hospitality??? outside sliding door to the balcony did not lock, not safe for kids

Pictures are deceiving. Not clean. Check-in instructions is not given until we asked. Room light not working, owner did not check. Only 1 parking space for a group of people.
