the wifi provided is not useable,cant access the wifi that have been provided because of the name did not match.

Apartment was ordinary with old furniture and some places needing repair and maintenance.

1. host is not trying to help you, but keeps asking money for everything. During booking it was written that free matress\bed available. once we arrived they refused. 2. most of the items were worn out and torn down... I needed power extender, theirs was broken, i asked to replace, they refused. 3. they ask you to checkin 15:00 and checkout at 11:00... be ready for them you to charge 50\100 aed for each hour. 4. you can book same appartment from other host cheaper to 40%. we paid expensive, hoping it will come with best service, but it was worst service we experienced in malaysia. there is nothing around to walk around or sighseeing, you need taxi\car to travel around.
