Cons: One room light was not working No air-conditioning, so windows need to be opened, but there are no grilles and a linking platform allows access from the neighbouring unit’s balcony, making it feel less secure and less private; if all windows are closed, it can feel stuffy with a slight mould smell, especially during the day when the sun shines in Traffic noise can be loud, especially from modified cars Check-out at 11am feels a bit early
MYMYMYWe need to pay RM200 deposit to a personal account which I feel not secured and without the deposit there is no free parking which I have to charges RM15 for overnight. Also, the washing machine is leaking, and they should put a remark for no to use

MYMYMYRm 60 is being charged for cleaning but yet is not clean properly.
NLRoom was great, clean and on site staff was lovely.
Check in proces was terrible. I got notified that there was a portal, which I added everything in. Apparently we had to message someone, ok fine. However, it says online that the deposit is taken by bank. This is not the case for non-Malaysians. We had to give it to someone in cash, which we did not have at the time. We wouldn't get the wifi password until the deposit was given. Luckily there was an ATM near the Starbucks. A day before check-out we notified our host that we were catching a bus back to KL, and confirmed a time to leave the room to get our deposit back. She approved but we had to wait for over an hour!!!!! To get our deposit back. We nearly missed our bus because of this (we even had a bit of extra time planned in case they were late). Would recomnend for the room and price, but not for the service provided.
