MYFor one night I stay felt hot because the air conditioner was not working properly. Staff did not take any action.. She just inform one day before in good condition..
MYLocation is good, restaurants walking distants and Genting premier Outlets is just 8 mins drive away.
Room not clean properly... leftovers food and drinks still inside the fridge, mugs stain not clean, only 2 cloth hangers, only one mug and 2 cups provided instead of 2 mugs 2 cups, water heater unreliable..sometimes terribly hot then cold, water pressure low. Host did NOT give instructions to go up to facilities deck which require guest to walk to a different building block and change lift. After complaining a few times, Host seems to be irresponsive and kept silent ! No mineral water provided, no coffee or tea bags provided, no cups to hold our toothbrushes, shaver etc..although did not expect a hotel room-like facilities but these small little attention makes a big difference.
