No dressing mirror Blankets size too small, good for kids. No dish rack Only 1 mug can be used. The others have crack lines & chipped.

Very thankful though for functioning air-cons & clean towels, and functioning hairdryer & hangars, and power points for charging. Access to pool area & playground. Quiet neighbourhood (except for revving of motorcyclists in the middle of the night & early morning). Easy to communicate with owner - upkeep mentioned to owner to fix before next guest.

Upkeep of the place needs a lot of maintenance - 1) Door - could only lock gate. Door was faulty & not able to lock. Not safe. 2) living room - Broken TV console & TV not working. Internet (WIFI) only available in living room, spent a great deal of time troubleshooting remotely with owner. Footsol table (broken & was kept away in storage under cushions) - shld remove from photos in Booking.com. no toys at all (also to remove photos from site). only books were readable. Chipped off corners everywhere. Carpet was rolled away in a corner. To ensure hand-wash is topped up (not dissolved in water) & available in all bathrooms. 3) Dining room - ants on table, broken part of chair, chipped off parts of table. Live baby lizard found on day 1, live cockroach found on day 2 even though rubbish was cleared out by ourselves everyday. Had to use our own plastic bags to line the bin in kitchen. 4) kitchen - cracked mugs, pots not suitable for cooking as interior lining is coming out. Insect droppings found in drawers. Ants on counter-tops. 5) 1st room - creaky bunk bed-frame mattresses had stains & bed linen was "scratchy". 6) 2nd room - same for bed linen & creaky bunk bed-frame. 7) 3rd room - scratchy bed linen, paint chipping off walls. Shld include instructions on heater usage for guests. 8) Fans - unable to adjust speed as controls were not working. New batteries were bought by housekeeper but control still couldn't function. If unused, shld remove batteries so doesn't rust in compartment. 9) shld provide new water bottles as well at least for first day. The ones in the fridge looked like recycled bottles & water tasted weird. 10) bathroom - to provide clean rolls of toilet paper (the ones under the sink in kitchen were old with some yellow stains). Rainshower head - water only comes out from some parts. Common & master bathroom toilet seat cover drops when user seated and toilet seat needs to be fixed.

- Living room was infested with small cockroaches (mainly comes out from the dining table) - Sink was infested with small cockroaches - Living room floor was dirty - Toilet floor was slippery / slimy (almost slipped twice) - Toilet bowl in the master bedroom was dirty - Mattress cover in one of the bunk bed rooms was dirty (blanket was stained) - TV channel was not working - One of the bunk bed was old and creaked alot, the sound was super annoying at night when we were all trying to sleep

Everything is perfect. Very comfortable stay. With a nice pool on level 5 ✌🏻
