Location is near to the place I visit. Nearby easy to get food. Internet provided.

1. Master room Shower head leaking. 2. Master room heater not function. 3. Master room lock spoilt. 4. Common bath room all door damaged. 5. TV remote no battery. Hv to exchange with air con remote. 6. Night time got noise, chair moving sound. 7. With all these damages, yet dare to claim that user spoilt the furniture.

I like the house just simple & nice

The apartment was a great size for our family of 6. Very comfortable beds. The only negative was that the cupboards smelt bad like mildew and the dishes were all greasy and had to be washed thoroughly.

Spacious room. This apartment had 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Washing machine and free wifi are provided . 3 rooms have aircond . I stayed here 4 days and 3 nights . If you don't want to cook , outside food can easily found.

The parking lot is too narrow. The passengers need to go out first before you can park you vehicle in the parking lot.

The wifi was good.

Definitely NOT good value for money. We specifically booked so we could have a pool. I made contact with the owner by Whatsapp they informed me the pool was closed for maintenance at the moment, a filter needed changed. Upon arrival, we saw the pool, which looked like a green pond, there is no way it has worked in a long time and will not be working for a long time to come, if ever. When we got into the apartment we noticed that the deadbolt was broken and handle was wobbly. It did not feel safe or secure. The apartment and the complex are very old and run down with aggressive monkeys in the complex
