Location.

House a bit old, lack of maintenance I can say. The air-cond is not service at all, I got sick after that. Got problem with the refund as I keep reminding which is they said it could be refunded the next business day. Because it turns out to be the weekend and PH they just keep quiet without mentioning anything. Be more prepared as we tenants keep all the instructions cleared. You got nice accommodations to rent out so make sure it's worth it for us too, maintain it well please.
