- Owner very helpful answering all our query - Process to check in was very easy, systematic, and smooth - Penthouse is located near to Alor Setar main place - Place was beautiful, secure, and very clean - Unit is so beautiful with aesthetically pleasing design and meet our expectation like in the picture - Unit is same level with swimming pool and gym - Owner kindly enough to provide enough amount of towel, mat prayer and sign for Qibla
- It nice if owner can provide mirror in each room because currently only master room and toilet got mirror

The decoration of the apartment is nice and pleasant. Comfortably accommodates 6 people. Good view.
The supply of toiletries is pathetic. The stools look nice but are not practical and not safe to sit on. Can hear the motorbike noise from the main road. Only one access card provided.
