The rent was very reasonable. The place was very clean and had all the basic essentials for an accomodation. It was near a lot of good eating places. We also got a secured parking nearby (for an additional fee). Hypermarket was walking distance, though there was also an Alfamart at the Cool Suites building at the back of tower 5.

The accessibility of the location. Very near commercial establishments, restaurants and the public transport. The place is clean and safe. The space is just enough for max 4 persons with walk in closet, TV, sofa, good working ac, a terrace to unwind in a very cold tagaytay breeze.

Nothing. The place just fits our requirement of safe, clean, accessible place. The owner is very pleasant to talk to, very accommodating and nice. The caretaker knows her job very well and informs the guest of the do's and don't of the condo, even the place where to take the public transport.

We stayed at SMDC Tower 5 and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. While it doesn’t offer a Taal Lake view, the view is still lovely and relaxing. The unit is well-equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, mini refrigerator, drawers for clothes, reliable Wi-Fi, and Netflix, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. A great option for a hassle-free and cozy stay.

Very accessible to everything, restaurants, convenience store... even near Skyranch.. Safe place and very clean, kudos to the owner and caretaker ate Cecile =)
