The showers in the bathroom. Water is low and hot water is hot. The smell was horrible, like the smell of the old candles.

The unit is worth the price and a very good place to stay because it is near to most of Tagaytay's nice spots like restos, malls, theme parks. Ms. Cecile (caretaker) is very accomodating.

The property was so clean, accessible to all resto and parks. We also love the balcony, since it is on 18th floor you can check the view of the city and breath a fresh air. Ate Cecille was so kind and accommodating.

We like everything about the unit. Clean and comfortable enough for me and my husband. The view is amazing! We weren't able to enjoy the veranda though, because it was so windy.

Do not leave sweet food and drinks out on the counter or table for a long time. Ants come out near the sink and can come through the bedroom.

Their TV now has netflix 😊 Nice City View at the terrace. nice location, near Hypermart/grocery. Walking distance to SB and Mcdo. The unit is clean and has comfortable bed/sofa bed. nice interior.

no electric stove or induction stove to cook food in the unit, it only have microwave oven. no dish drainer rack and the bathroom has a bad odor so you need to leave the exhaust fan open overnight. The TV has a black line on the right side, seems damaged LCD. No extra bed/cushion. Only 1 electric socket in the kitchen area is working, the 2 sockets are dead.
