Location is quite convenient, close to KTCC and main shops.

The apartment is awfully dirty. It is a filth full of insects, bugs and cockroaches. When we arrived, there was a horrible smell of insecticide. The bed sheets were already used and all dirty. We moved the beds because there were plenty of ants: the floor was full of old food and crap stuff. Insects like bugs and cockraoches were moving around all this filth. We called the owner to ask for cleaning: after several excuses, a maid came for 20 minutes at 9PM. When we came back home, we realized that she had just quickly swept the floor, but the sheets were still dirty. We then checked the beds in detail and realized that they were also bed bugs. Facing this danger for our health, we called booking.com to cancel this stay. Booking.com has not helped us at all (just proposing re-imbursement, which has not even done yet), and we have been sent in the street at 11:30 PM, with most hotels fully booked because of Malaysia national day. As a conclusion, I fully recommend you not to rent this apartment: cleaning is just cosmetic, and the reality is that this apartment is a filth with dangerous insects everywhere. Flee this apartment to preserve your health!
