The studio boasts a pleasant view. However, there are concerns regarding cleanliness. The condition is notably unsatisfactory, with the fridge being excessively dirty and emitting an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the owner's attitude was perceived as very rude, when contacted, the owner maintained a sarcastic tone and mocking behavior. The owner suggesting that I should read despite their failure to provide clear instructions leading to an overall negative experience. There was a lack of apology for the encountered issues.

I would say the cleanliness is quite bad. there are many rubbish inside drawer, and also pieces of food inside drawer, on the table, also on the sejadah. the toilet is also unpleasant. sink is very dirty, with leftover toothpaste from previous customer still there. please make sure you hire a proper cleaner each time after guest check out.. the shower also looks very ill. i want to iron my clothes suddenly found out that the iron is not functioning. when i ask the host, they just replied “not sure”. quite irresponsible. they should have check first all the appliances before we check in. imagine i have a meeting tomorrow but found out that i can’t iron my clothes. not coming again surely😅
