It’s location, spaciousness and peaceful environment.

The restaurant wasn’t functioning.

Cleanliness of the apartment. Convenient Location - 300m to Food Garden. Good unblocked views. Has elevator. Good service from Ms Santa.

No knives or scissors. No clothes hangers in each room. Second bedroom door hinge could do with some oiling.

Amazing view, huge apartment, full kitchen though I didn't use it. Close enough to the food court which was very handy. The guard at the entrance station was very helpful with anything I requested. Would be great for a family. Excellent birding very close by which makes this a very good choice.

No WiFi, very dirty elevator (does the management company actually clean any of the public spaces?), odd communication with the owner/manager - How many people are in the apartment? (did you see my booking?) When are you checking out? (I'd only just arrived - and we're already talking about me leaving?). But all of these small things can be overlooked when you consider that this is a very special natural place that really must be visited and preserved for future generations, Malaysians and foreigners alike.

The environment is cool, quiet and clean, can see sunrise from the couch area, birds chirping merrily in the morning. At night it was chilly, there are mist, sometimes heavy, when the sun sets. The floor and bathroom is clean, room decor is beautiful, they provide many plates and bowls to use, and 2x 1.5L drinking water. There is microwave oven to heat up food, and a electric pot in the cabinet to use. The beds are too soft for my grandma (midnight backpain), luckily there is one single bed that is not that soft, thanks to that we able to sleep well, appreciate it very much. Thank you for keeping it tidy and clean!

There is only one lift at the building and it was broken when we check out, so we need to carry stuff all the way down from 5th floor to ground floor by ourselves without help. We have a disabled member with wheelchair travelling with us, so it is quite frustrating at the last day. The entrance is a bit high for wheelchair, for us it need 2 of us to bring up the wheelchair (with passenger), something to note for females disabled traveller. The keys will need to collect at guard house entrance, will be good if they could mention this earlier rather than just sending photo of the key box.
