Comfortable and clean room.

Beautifully furnished apartment. Everything that you could think of that you might need, is provided, including slippers, extra rubbish bin bags, soap, and laundry powder. The location is good - there are kopi tiam's downstairs with a very good range of food/drink choices and a Grab pickup point nearby. We had some issues with the transfer of foreign currency which was communicated to the owners. The owners worked out a solution which allowed both parties to move ahead relatively painlessly. Lastly, days before checkout, I was missing a little pouch which held some non-essential documents. I could live without finding that pouch because I had all my important stuff kept elsewhere but, the pouch was old and had accompanied me on many journeys for many years so, it wasn't something that I wanted to lose. I had checked out on the last day and was enjoying a last meal downstairs before going to the airport. Before leaving the kopi tiam, I heard a voice calling and I looked up. Someone was calling out of the living room window of the apartment above the kopi tiam. Apparently, the staff/owner who was cleaning up the apartment, after we checked out, had found my missing pouch and was waving it furiously, out of the living room window, in his hand. He proceeded to take the elevators downstairs to the lobby area and to hand over the missing pouch to me. That was pretty much the cherry on the icing of our stay at the apartment.

You may have nearby dogs barking at night but, usually, this does not last too long. Because the apartment is near a major road, to avoid exposure to car pollution, it is generally safe/advisable to air out the windows after 10:30 PM at night.
