the condition of the room and the quality of the items inside the apartment
MYExcellent host. The aircon started to leak water during my stay, I contacted the host and she get it fixed within 1 day time.
The bathroom design. Aircon in bedroom can flow through the top hole (gap? window?) and get into the bathroom. This make me unable to enjoy my bath as i am shivering throughout my bath even with water heater turned on. It will be a perfect 10 if the bathroom has installed a full hight shower screen to prevent cool air from entering the bath area.
