楼下有一个很大的 foodcourt，Parking 也很容易找。

1. 有提供吹风筒但是是中国插头, 却没有准备好本地插座. 2. 睡觉的 blanket 只是薄薄的一层， 不适合用。

Building is a little aged, everything else is complete. The location is great if you are attending any MICE at Setia Spice Convention Centre or ARENA.

Limpio , silencioso , cómodo ,seguro ,fácil contacto con el dueño ( muy amable) y hay un mercado nocturno de comida enfrente buenísimo !

The location of this homestay is indeed very convenient, with easy access to shops and food outlets nearby. This is definitely one of its strongest points. The price is also quite affordable and budget-friendly.

However, the overall condition of the house did not meet basic expectations, especially for a homestay or R&B. Cleanliness, which should be a basic standard, was unfortunately lacking. Upon entering the house, the amount of dust was quite concerning. Dust was clearly visible on the fans, bedside areas, and in almost every corner of the floor. The cabinets, both inside and outside, appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time and had a slight unpleasant smell. I reassured my family that we would only be staying here to sleep, so we tried not to focus too much on the condition. There were five of us sharing two rooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom was acceptable, but the common bathroom in the living area needs improvement, as there were water leakage issues and very low water pressure. In addition, the outdoor swimming pool was not usable. The water had turned green and looked more like a stagnant pond than a swimming pool. In summary, this homestay offers a convenient location and reasonable pricing, but there is significant room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. With better upkeep, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.
