During our stay, we encountered several issues that detracted from the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Here’s a summary of what we experienced: Broken or Missing Fittings: Many of the apartment’s fittings were either broken or missing, notably the glass shelves above the sinks in all bathrooms. The coffee table was also broken and unusable. Bathroom Issues: By the third day, the second toilet started having flushing issues, and the master bedroom’s bathroom door looked worn and outdated. There were no shower curtains, which led to a wet bathroom floor after each use. Cleanliness Concerns: The sofa had visible stains and an unpleasant smell, and we found tiny ants on the dining table. Additionally, the decorative items on the sink appeared dirty and moldy, and the metal bin in the bathroom was rusted. Air Conditioning and Comfort: The air conditioner in the main hall struggled to cool the space adequately, and the pillows provided were uncomfortable. Corridor Odor: On the 11th floor, the corridor near the elevator had a noticeable odor due to the garbage room located nearby. Overall, this apartment would benefit from improvements in maintenance and cleanliness to meet a more comfortable standard for guests.

Whole apartment is very clean. Location very convenient and got many places to eat.

Convenient location in town. Parking provided. Good price. Relatively new and clean although basic.

WiFi and one of the room air conditioner control did not work. The pillows are lumpy.

It's near to almost everything. Mall, convenient shop, laundry & eateries. But for Muslim, u might have to walk a bit far to get halal food. But still walkable. For Chinese, maybe it's like heaven. Pool ok, just follow the dress code although you will see people who doesn't follow the rules. The staff is the best! Very fast response. Very good, keep the good work.

It would be good if host provide a washing machine. And the elevator is too far. We have senior citizen. But maybe if we inform earlier, host can give a unit which is nearby elevator. Other than that, all good.
