easy key access, the unit is okay, customer service also bad, try to reach one of the phone numbers in whataspp group create by the host but treated in hurry and rashness, second & third time we call them also not answer the phone call at all.

there is no parking provided, you need to park outside the apartment (near the dead end corner & dark without light at night) which is can be scary at late night and a there is security concern there where you can be rob easily or bitten by snakes or wild dog there and also can see ghost inside the junkyard cars there. the elevator also dirty & smelly. facilities in 1 star rate. they market it as "sea view" heavily but it is not as what you imagine, once you reach your windows, the sea far far away is like across another world.

loved the apartment, fully equipped, u name it they have it, everything was so easy , from balcony u have a beautiful view of city, very calm and silent, enjoyed our stay, there is near by south indian resturant which has both veg and non veg option, In Langkawi usually people hire car, so even if it is bit far from penang beach you can easily go there and enjoy.

This apartment needs a deep cleaning. Hair everywhere lying around, especially in the gaps of sofa and beds. Lizard was found in one of the bedroom. No ventilation in the Bathroom, because of which it stinks alot. No shower curtains in the bathroom, all the water gets splashed out while bathing. Car parking not allowed, although you can park outside the apartment. No reception and No Concierge, it's a self check-in property. Geyser not working very well.
