Best part is the apartment size and view. It was all cleaned and well maintained.

The lifts are very old. Special the sensors didn’t function well.

I like everything in the unit,very comfortable and I get a nice view and all the facilities are good

Maybe the washroom beside the room it's is not clean only that..Master bedroom washroom is superb...and the standing iron is very difficult for us to iron bcz 1 person have to press the button until finish ironing. That's all

large apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (4 beds: 2 double and 2 singles), a kitchen, and a living room. large TV and good internet. Air conditioner in each room

Although it's not a refundable booking, I decided to leave it and go to another 4-star hotel near to it. There are large gaps under the doors, allowing lizards, reptiles, and insects to enter. one of the bathroom windows, I can't close it. I found two lizards in the homes, mold on the bathroom walls, spiders, and tens of insects. There was no way to close the gaps under the doors and windows. the location far away from tourism activities around (20 minutes by car) from Jalan Pantai Chenang

The drinking water machine is handy. Close to eateries. Information about activities in Langkawi is handy.

The toilet seat in the shared bathroom is loose. The bidet in the ensuite is leaking. Both bathrooms/toilets could be cleaner.
