Instay Costa Mahkota With Seaview

The house was clean & comfortable. Wifi is good. Parking free. Very near to centre.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. Wifi was strong and reliable. Questions were answered promptly

The complex is very run down and dirty. The Hotel side has been closed and therefore all the grounds and facilities have been neglected. Did not use the pool as it was filthy. The water was not clear and it had a yellow colour to it.

location is near to my work destination. only walking distance

1. no extra rubbish plastic bag 2. water heater not function at all 3. no daily top up for mineral water

Location was excellent

There was no facility to keep our bags after check out

Location is great. It's accessible to all sorts of foods nearby. Mahkota shopping mall is just opposite, initially this is great location to shop just by walking distance. Anyhow, the traffic jam during am n pm are unavoidable at that Mahkota T-Junction. Parking is available under the roof, we don't have to worry about parking availability be it rain or shine.

1. The drawer that keeps the hair dryer is scattered with hairs. 2. There's still hairs on the brush, on the floor when we checked in.
