location and beach was good compared to other locations in PD

matress was bad shape no water pressure no shampoo batching soap was provided, only towel was given aircon not strong, remote not working call not attended, never bother to call back

strategic location & close to the beach and shops around the condominium .

The facilities are not satisfactory in the condo. Like the TV cannot be watched because Astro has no channels, the dining table is not comfortable. The kitchen does not work and cannot cook. The hot water kettle is a problem. The facilities for bathing necessities such as soap are not available. The lights in the master bathroom are dim. The pillows are not enough. There are no bath towels for guests, you may also need to provide 2 or 3. The refrigerator is not cold enough. Yesterday there was a sudden blackout at 8.30pm, the entire condominium was dark. Maintenance needs to be more satisfactory to customers.

This host is a scammer. The listing claimed to provide WiFi, but at the last minute, the host informed me that there was none. When I requested a refund, she refused, claiming I had notified her too late—despite only informing me about the lack of WiFi at the very last moment. In the end, she never refunded me. If you provide false information on your listing, it’s your responsibility to take accountability and refund customers rather than shifting the blame. If the situation were reversed—if I had cancelled last minute—I’d be expected to take responsibility. But in this case, the host misled the customer, refused to own up to it, and then blamed me for her deception. Unacceptable.
