Basic facilities..

The door some gab can see from outside, the sink toilet is dirty , the floor is still greasy , the sink in the living room has stains , hard sofa, The front desk is too small , and itchy blanket... When I went to scan the parking card it was hard to use and it was slow to detect.. just scan the touch and go to move smoothly...

We love the view from the Studio. And, we absolutely love the parking facility where always available and easily access.

The cleanliness of the compound of the building.

It's not a condo; it's an office block that has been converted into an Airbnb. The location is okay if you drive, but the best part is the famous 24-hour mamak stall (Indian-Muslim) downstairs. However, it's uncomfortable staying in an office tower designed for work, and the unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned, our foot turned black when we entered without wearing sandals/slippers, means that the floor was dirty, that was disappointing. The owners were responsive and kept the peace. Overall, at RM200 per night, it's overpriced; it's only worth RM150. For that price, you can find better places. This is our honest review, no offense to the owner.
