Great view of the mountain and open space. Good location for restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment could use a deep clean of the furniture. The king bed was a bit too firm. The bedspread was dusty and needed to be washed. The shower in the master fluctuate from cold to Hot 🔥 Loud music from 11pm to 3am on the weekends

This property is very safe and secure. It is very modern and meticulously maintained. There are some nice decorative touches that are above grade. Two huge pluses were having filtered drinking water in the kitchen and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The entire complex is above grade. It is gated, has an elevator and an electronic door lock. There are a number of outstanding restaraunts in the neighborhood two of which are very close-by. We have traveled to two other touristy cities in Mexico in some very beautiful areas and wished we had the quality of this apartment. The owner was very attentative and focused on us having an enjoyable stay. There is a soccer field behind the complex that was an unexpected bonus as we had balcony seats to watch some exciting ladies soccer games. It is overall a very quiet neighborhood. Walking was very safe and people are friendly and helpful especially if you can converse a little in Spanish. Many speak some English. Commuting was easy by Uber, taxi and bus.

The Versalles neighborhood is going through some major gentrification. Outside of this modern complex expect rutted streets and sidewalks although mostly flat which you will appreciate after walking some steeper parts of the city. Don't let the extra firm bed in the master room fool you. It's a modern Sealy and I wish I had one. We found that any soreness we had from walking disappeared overnight.

Everything!! Overlooking a soccer field was a bonus as we got to watch a couple of good games. Nice comfy furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Stores, restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and nice pool. Beds very comfortable
