Just 5 mins walk to Suria Sabah Shopping mall.

Somebody smoking at the othetr side of the appartment toilet but the smell goes to the toilet I am renting. while I am not not a smoker nor my family, the owner think we caused the problem.

"Overall very good stay, excellent value for money."

Overall great place to stay: very comfortable, spacious, view (27 th floor), clean, good wifi, close to city centre and jetty, very good sanitary facilities.

Kitchen equipment is poor (but was no problem for us) and despite 27th floor you hear trafic noise from the ring road next to the building.
