Helpful staff

We not staying there! The staff telling us that there might be some problem with the system or whatever. When we get there by 14.10 pm and call the staff that we want to check in. The staff come & he told us that the room is not ready yet & have to wait maybe for 1 hour. As an option he then ask us to stay at simfoni resort, 2 bedrooms apartment. Later we found out that the so called resort dont even close to provide the facilities that we entitle when we booked the vitatree cottage! We even have to ask for towels & kettle. We feel dissapointed & would not recommend vitatree cottage & simfoni resort to family & friends.
