The location. Accessable to many places and easy to find food

Not value for money. No basic necessity provided such as toiletries, no mineral water or drinking water or water filter or coffee/tea sachets, not enough blanket for ten people. Even the wifi is not connected although we have informed the agent/owner few times that the password given is deniable. It is nice and appreciated if the owner could provide at least a mirror in the apartment not only to rely on a small mirror inside the toilet😓 (for us ten people) Lucky we only booked the place for one night because we dont think we could stand another night at this place. So please consider to improve on your basic amenities since the place is a very good location for tourists.

• Good host, got slight issue with getting keys, one of the AC leaking but host was easy to contact and helped me immediately and the guide was easy to understand. • Location was great, parking was also great. • Easily accessible even for my grandma who uses wheelchair so that's nice. • The property's spacious, clean and comfortable.

• The WiFi was a bit weak and sometimes cannot connect, but we do go out most of the stay so it wasn't a big deal at the end. • There's only one lift in the parking lot, but that's more of the building's issue not the host's. Advice for others, it's easier to just use the stairs instead.

Host "The host is easy to contact and very fast to response. The collection of access card and key is hassle free as the host tell the procedure beforehand in the WhatsApp group he/she created. Instructions were clearly stated and easy to comprehend" Location "Location of the residence is excellent above Imago Shopping Mall and there are plenty of shops adjacent to it. Walkable and easy to access e.g Orange & 7-Eleven convenience store & restaurants that open 24/7" Facilities "Household equipment such as washing machine, microwave oven, cooking stove, cutleries TV, WiFi Router are provided to make your stay as conducive as possible. All the room are air-conditioned and functioning."

Access Key Card "The provided access cards cannot be scanned in one of the lifts, we had to choose the remaining two lifts. Quite a hassle since we need to make sure the lift (the one that cannot be scanned) to go up first before push the lift button. The good thing about it the host is aware of this issue and inform the management to rectify the problem"

The entire apartment was good and meet our expectation, the living room was very spacious Imago shopping mall just few steps away from our apartment entrance Restaurants & cafe were just across the road
